You represent and warrant that you have all the rights, power, and authority necessary to grant the rights granted herein to any User Content that you submit.

6. Prohibited Conduct

These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in or to the Menu30 services or any content, features, or functionality thereof.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of our services, with or without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe is in violation of these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is harmful to our business interests.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of our services and delete any copies of our software that you may have.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT OUR SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
